It was easy and very quick.
The Phone locked my SIM card from use and I had to put it in old phone and re activate it bc the device I received was "lost" or "stolen". Will be returning phone. Very Helpful throughout the return process.
Update: Was very communicative throughout the process, they paid for return of the stolen/blocked phone, and I wanted a refund or a good replacement. They sent me a replacement phone and as of right now everything is working. Thank you for the great service despite the initial problems.
