Received a TMobile phone not an unlocked phone as advertised. Seller responded quickly and sent me return label. I informed the seller when I received the label and when I mailed it back. I even sent a note to seller stating the item had been received on their end according to the tracking number. They responded they would check into it and let me know asap. Over a week goes by and no response/refund. I sent 2 more messages but no response from seller. Finally called my credit card company to dispute the charges. A day or two later seller finally responds that the refund was sent. I finally received a refund but, because of the lack of communication, giving a neutral rating.
