We ran into an issue with the original phone that had to be returned for a replacement. They were very prompt and professional in handling the return and even sent the rep. back via expedited service! The physical condition looked great. I was able to quickly set it up with my sim card in which it successfully connected to my carriers network. I tested the major features and they were working just fine.
