The phone does have scuff marks and a chip in the screen but I'm assuming that it's damage from shipping and not being properly secured in its box, not on the part of the seller. It otherwise works fine and suits my needs, though it's not exactly "Mint" condition, it holds up and it isn't in bad condition either. It was shipped in the correct time frame and got to me when I expected it to.

Brutal. Absolutely Brutal. They waited until the last minute on the last day cancel my order to say that they oversold the MacBook Pro 13 and that they would have to give a refund. My wife is a teacher and needed this ASAP and had we known earlier we could have bought a different one. This place waited too long to let us know and then proceeded to just refund and that was that, telling us to go find another seller. 13 negative reviews already for them so I should have noticed this as so many others have perfect sale records. Swappa, unload these unprofessionals they are making Swappa look bad.
