There were a few scuffs by the camera

Phone described as mint but has small scratch/gouge in upper right of screen, not seen when screen is on. Phone described as not being refurbished and having 100% battery, but actually has a third party battery (the phone complains in settings that the battery is not an Apple part). Because of this, the iPhone refuses to display battery health. I used 3UTools, a PC program to check the health, this confirms that the battery is aftermarket, new, with 52 charge cycles. Besides the “mint-non-refurbished” misrepresentation, the iPhone works great!
