I just want to start off that I previously had already purchased this cell phone the iPhone 15 pink plus with another seller and after about two weeks the phone from the other seller never arrived and they refuse to provide tracking information I was having a terrible experience, first time purchasing from this website that was recommended to me. I was able to issue a refund qnd get my money back. I saw this seller “Your the real MVP” selling the exact phone that I wanted at a better price then the previous item that I had tried to purchase. This seller, shipped out my item the same exact day that I purchased, provided tracking information and the phone arrived two days later. The phone is in amazing condition. He had stated that the item was in a “good”condition but this item is literally brand new. I can’t see any imperfections. The phone works amazing, battery life is amazing.I am completely satisfied with this purchase, and I will definitely be purchasing from the seller.
Item received as described but had a strong smell of cigarette smoke which took a few days to disappear.

Shipping Policies
We ship on the very same business day you purchase your device. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays.
We primarily ship UPS, but if you live in an area where USPS Priority Mail is faster, we may use USPS in some situations.
If you purchase additional Express Shipping, we use either UPS Next Day Air or USPS Priority Mail Express.
I can only ship to the address provided during checkout, so please make sure your address is accurate before you place your order.
Return & Refund Policies
We offer 30 day returns on items if you decide to change your mind. However, these discretionary returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are at buyer's expense unless item is defective (in this case we will provide a prepaid return label).
Important:
No matter how you ship it back, the buyer is responsible for its safe return. I suggest purchasing shipping insurance for any return. If it does not make it back to me in the same condition you received it, I cannot offer a full refund. If you ship a return, and it never makes it, I cannot offer a refund at all. Please be diligent in your return packaging to ensure safe transit.
Prior to returning your device, all Apple, Google, and Samsung accounts must be removed from the device. If a device is received with an account, we will be unable to process a refund. Devices must be returned in the original condition as purchased.
