The seller described the iPod Nano 3rd Generation 8GB as being in “excellent condition with minimal signs of wear.” Unfortunately, the item I received does not match that description.

The Menu button is noticeably worn, and the iPod does not power on reliably. I have to press the button repeatedly to get it to turn on, or connect it to a power source before it will start.
These issues were not disclosed in the listing, and I would not consider the item to be in excellent condition. The seller did not provide an accurate description of the iPod’s cosmetic or functional condition.

The iSuperStore will allow for returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. iPods that are defective must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the returned item as long as your complete package is returned to us, and if it is an iPod touch, your iCloud is removed. Failure to remove your Apple ID will delay the refund and or result in The iSuperStore to deny your refund. If you choose to return/exchange your Product for any reason, you will be responsible for the return postage back to us. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns.
