Everything seems to be in good order.

When we took the phone in to activate it, there was an error message that the phone's screen had been replaced with a non-Apple branded screen and the phone might not work correctly. Sure enough, 4 days later the phone malfunctioned and became unusable. The seller never mentioned if they or someone else replaced the screen prior to selling it to us, but overall it was a very disappointing experience. They did process our return quickly, but we will not buy from this seller again.

??????Phone was advertised as mint condition but came with multiple deep scratches on the back and front as well as dirt(?) lining the bottom of the phone surrounding the speakers.
plz be more accurate with descriptions to prevent this from happening to others, I’m very very disappointed ????
