Phone came in the state and quality advertised. It was NOT compatible with the advertised networks though. I tried to setup the phone with Visible and Visible support informed me that there was incompatiblility with the GSM technology in the phone. I would not buy from this seller since they falsley advertised the compatible networks and your phone may not be compatible with the carrier you want to join.
