The product was sent promptly and I received the phone very quickly. The packaging was excellent and the phone seemed to work fine when I put a sim card in. The phone had a little more scratches than I hoped for, but they were pretty minor and not a big deal once the case was put on. Also, I think it will be good to include the picture of the case on the phone listing. Overall, satisfied with the service and phone.
