I would highly recommend Tech Plug to anyone who wants a down-to-earth and very honest dealer. I bought an iPhone XS Max from them and although UPS misplaced the delivery and only compensated for only one-fourth of the original cost, they took on the extra cost and sent me a refund in no time. They also replied my messages faster compared to other sellers I've dealt with. Note, Tech Plug is based in New Jersey and I'm in Tennessee.
