Phone not as described...TWICE. First phone that was sent was locked. Second phone that was sent was not valid for my carrier. Plus side is that support was fairly quick.

Purchased iPhone 15 Pro, item arrived in a timely manner. No obvious defects or issues, phone appears to be working as it should. So far, very happy with it.

Bad quality, my local Samsung authorized tech had a different report than what they gave but my phone works well currently so no issues on my part. Phone came in good condition. When I initially got the phone I had noticed some brightness issues, but I thought it was just me getting used to it. I didn't know the screen was sold to me faulty, had to have it replaced, wasn't too much money but I was disappointed a "mint" condition item had noticeable flaws and wasn't as advertised. Don't recommend.
