We ship all orders within 1 business day, often times same day if placed before 3PM EDT excluding holidays and weekends.

Expected time to receive your item is 2-5 business days based on your location with proximity to New Jersey.

We offer a 30 day return window if you are not satisfied with your purchase but subject to 15% restocking fee.

Please make sure you sign out of Find My / iCloud account before returning the item. We can not issue a refund if you return the device with a lock on it.

Returns must be sent with all included accessories and packaged.

Any item that arrives damaged must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
