This 3rd generation iPhone SE replaced a 2nd gen SE, which we loved for its size, affordability, and pressable home button. On this new phone, unfortunately, Apple pay no longer works and occasionally the screen will randomly freeze, requiring the phone to be turned off then on again. Various fixes have been attempted per recommendation of Apple Support, that is, all software updates have been made, credit cards removed and re-added, etc. etc.
Ordered an iPhone SE which arrived on the day it was expected. Upon inspection it was exactly as described. Smooth and easy transaction.

Return & Refund Policies
One-Year Limited Warranty – We Stand Behind Our Devices:
• If you experience any functionality issues, you’re covered by our one-year limited replacement/repair warranty.
• To file a claim: Contact us via the sale page within 365 days of your delivery date.
• We’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.
• This warranty covers functionality issues only. It does not cover accidental or physical damage. If a device is physically or internally damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
• For accidental damage, we offer repairs at cost of parts + shipping.
Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns – 30 Days:
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Full refund minus the PayPal fee issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Message us on the sale page to receive the return address.
• Devices must be returned in the same condition as received. If excessive damage is found, a damage fee will be deducted from the refund.
