Received phone. Physically looks in good condition as described however phone is not unlocked for T-Mobile as listed. I cannot use this phone unless I pay an additional $100+ for it to be unlocked. No cell store can even figure out what cellular company it is locked to. Please contact me to resolve this issue.

• If you experience any functionality issues, you’re covered by our one-year limited replacement/repair warranty.
• To file a claim: Contact us via the sale page within 365 days of your delivery date.
• We’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.
• This warranty covers functionality issues only. It does not cover accidental or physical damage. If a device is physically or internally damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
• For accidental damage, we offer repairs at cost of parts + shipping.
Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns – 30 Days:
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Full refund minus the PayPal fee issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.
