Phone arrived in the condition it was stated to be in, minor scratches but it works good so far. The sale was speedy and delivery was even speedier.
Received
Phone is not scratched or damaged, and functions properly aside from broken charge port. Charge port was so damaged, it did not work at all and had to be replaced.
This item showed up with a cracked screen and lots of scratches on the back.
Could be due to the poor packaging it was sent with. Is there something we can do about this?

• We’ll repair or replace the device free of charge.
• This warranty covers functionality issues only. It does not cover accidental or physical damage. If a device is physically or internally damaged, we reserve the right to cancel the warranty.
• For accidental damage, we offer repairs at cost of parts + shipping.
Buyer’s Remorse / Non-Defective Returns – 30 Days:
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Full refund minus the PayPal fee issued within 2 business days of receiving the return.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
• Message us on the sale page to receive the return address.
• Devices must be returned in the same condition as received. If excessive damage is found, a damage fee will be deducted from the refund.
