I experienced an extremely unusual problem when I first tried to use phone with redpocket (Verizon mvno) sim card (that I initially placed in second sim slot); instead of sim card slot 1. This will probably sound almost unbelievable, and I would really like to find out why it happened? (so if anyone knows, including seller, then please let me know). Every phone number I tried to call, even from all my contacts, connected me to a sex hotline with further voice prompts. I did not select any prompts, because I thought it might be a virus. This sim had been in another phone, and worked with no problems. I ran a few antivirus apps, which found no problems. I put a cricket mvno (ATT) sim in primary sim slot, and everything works fine. Perhaps, I should have done a hard reset of phone when I received it. However, since it was sold as never used (specifically open box) I thought a hard factory reset not necessary (as far as removing malware/virus in phone.) So far, that's my experience with it
