The phone itself was as advertised and the buying process was easy. The little block charger that shipped with the phone was defective.
I'm so glad Swappa is offering this Primo service. The phone is in perfect shape and came with Apple cable and wall adapter. Swappa's staff got back to me immediately when I asked questions about shipping, and they got the phone to me 22 hours from the time I ordered it! Swappa is awesome.

The phone's appearance and function all appear "mint." It's battery, however, is clearly not brand new. Overall still satisfied. Arrived promptly as expected.
