The phone arrived late due to the USPS, though the seller paid for the 2 day priority shipping. Thank goodness for that, who knows how long it could have taken. The phone was in mint condition as advertised, actually looked to be new. The accessories were actually new and when plugging in the power cord, it appeared due to the resistance of the connector interface that the connector in the phone had never been used for charging.
I've very happy with my first experience using Swappa and have told several people about my successful purchase.
