Items are shipped via FedEx 2 days on the same day or the next day as per Swappa Shipping Policy. Depending on the value of the package signature will be required for certain packages.
Express packages are shipped via FedEx as per Swappa policy.

Items having manufacturer Warranty: Since the item is under warranty any functional issues have to be taken to Apple. The warranty end date will be stated in the listing
Items having no manufacturer warranty: We offer returns/exchanges only for defective items within 30 days of delivery. There is a 30-day replacement/refund warranty for functionally defective items. If the item is found to have no defects upon return or is due to accidental damage then the warranty will not be honored. The phone must be in exact same condition as sent.
Returns found to have no defect or due to buyer's remorse will incur a 25% restocking fee (non-negotiable).
Returns not received in the exact same condition or due to accidental damage will not be honored and be sent back to the buyer or incur a restocking fee between 50-75%.
Will ship to the address provided by PayPal during checkout.
Will not refund PayPal fee if an address needs to be changed due to PayPal policy
