Phone is great

Once again another fast delivery. Phone looks mint thank you

Of the 9 used devices I've bought over the years, this one was in the worst shape for something rated as 'good'. As many scratches on the front screen as all the prior devices combined. I personally wouldn't have labeled this as 'good', but you take chances when buying second hand. I'd probably not be quite as upset about it if the phone were for myself, but it was a Christmas gift for a daughter who had worked hard this year, so a bit let down. A glass protector had been badly placed to cover the marks, and had to be removed because it was off-center.

Won't be buying from this seller again since I wouldn't feel like I could trust their grading system, but we've had good luck with Swappa as a whole, and will continue to use it in the future.

Update: Turned out we mistakenly purchased a locked TMobile device when we intended to get an unlocked (but TMobile network). Contacted the seller, who basically told us it was our problem, rather than helping us solve it.

I received phone promptly and in good condition
