Got the phone in very good condition (Minor screen scratches only) very carefully packaged with 3! bubble wrap envelopes, fully working, and a great device overall.

Item is as described. Excellent cosmetic condition and no issues with how it works. Was a little bit worried when I saw the packaging that it was shipped in (two cushioned envelopes), but there was no damage from shipping noted.
