Sweet! Because of you I now own the best phone I've ever had. Finally I am in the "Flagship" phones even though it's 1 model behind. "Fair" condition is more like, "good" condition! 256gb too! I hope swappa and the seller are blessed 10× the blessings I received from them. Awesome experience!

Phone was received quickly and as ordered. Unfortunately I was sent the wrong power cord, it was a cord for an android device. If I could be send another power cord for the iPhone SE 3rd generation it would be much appreciated!

I'm leaving a neutral review here because I was technically just outside the return window and I believe they didn't sell me a faulty phone on purpose. However, the chose to pass on the opportunity to provide and customer service. The phone I receive was cosmetically in excellent condition but had intermittent reception issues, especially while traveling. I attempted all of the recommended troubleshooting steps I could find online, but was ultimately unsuccessful. Unfortunately, it just took a little time to realize that the phone itself might be the problem. I contacted the seller about 6 weeks after the purchase to explain what was going on and ask if I could simply exchange for another phone. They replied that they were sorry my phone doesn't work but that I was outside the return window. That was that.
