Phone is working as expected

Purchased Saturday, shipped Monday. Promised: mint, unlocked, 100% battery, compatible with Ting. Received: mint, unlocked, battery health 100%, seamlessly connected to Ting when I inserted my SIM from my old phone. Note for 1st time phone buyer: package did not include SIM extractor tool, charging cable, or charger. Also, to get the setup assistant (I had an Android phone and wanted to use the IOS tool to transfer contacts, photos, etc.), one must reset to factory settings and reinitialize the phone. OTOH, this is virtually new, and it cost almost $200 less than brand-new. Seller delivered everything promised, and I think they promised the right things. This is my 1st Swappa purchase> Because this seller's product descriptions are clear, I think Swappa is a lot better, IMO, than other purveyors of used equipment who are much more generic in their descriptions.
