Seller in the end sent me the phone that I requested in my first contact with them. To sum it up, I was given a phone with an unlockable Bootloader. Seller didn't contact me for what seemed like a long time to me. I asked Swappa to step in and, next thing I know is seller now contacts me. The phone exchange went smoothly and, I now have the correct phone sent to me.

Bought a phone in "fair" condition and I received a phone that was not from the pictures in rather fair condition.

Device was as described. Seller provided great communication. Thank you!

The seller worked with me through some technical issues (read: dust) that had caused the phone's mic to not pick up. They were wonderful and patient throughout the entire experience, even after sending the phone back and forth. Absolutely recommended.

Screen protector was cracked. But all else seems to be great. Customer service. Was very helpful in determining what I though was a crack in the phone screen was actually the screen protector. Very professional. I appreciate thier patience.
