I am disappointed with the iPhone I purchased from your store. The camera turned out to be a non-original replacement that malfunctioned, which was not mentioned in the product description. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, but the undisclosed issue with the camera ruined the surprise and the experience. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and has significantly impacted my trust in your products and services.

Received the phone quickly. Came with a charger. It was all packaged very well! I let the phone warm up since it’s nasty outside and got everything transferred to it. Seems like it’s going to work great!
