Items arrived as described, and were clearly packed with care; bubble wrap secured the exterior of the box and inside the phone itself was secured with a bit of plastic wrap onto a cardboard fold meant to keep it flush to one side, preventing damage.

As far as I can tell partway through setting everything up, it's all functional; I would buy from this seller again, should the need arise
