Shipped very quickly, just as advertised. I spent this morning with my service provider tech support moving things over, and everything works great. Very pleased with the new phone!

Took almost two weeks to receive the phone after they didn't ship it with the other phone I purchased at the same time. Once I received the phone, I discovered that the phone was locked to Verizon only and I missed the note in the ad at the bottom of the page stating that. The seller showed zero interest in helping me to exchange the phone for an unlocked version. I even offered to purchase another phone if they would accept a return on the one I got. I have made 4 purchases from Sellworld and will completely avoid using them in the future. I would have gladly even paid a restocking fee on the return, but they weren't interested in retaining a customer. Buyer beware. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I recognize I made an error, that's on me, but they were completely unwilling to do anything to assist other than point fingers at my error.

Amazing! Phone was listed as "good" but has only one very small nick - otherwise is perfect. Battery is as described and it still has warranty until November of this year! I feel as though I got a (nearly) new phone for less than half the cost! Thank you!!

I received a used mint condition iPhone 14 and it looks and works like a brand new phone!! This is the 2nd purchase of a phone from Sellworld via Swappa and both phones were just great! I will continue to purchase phones from Sellworld. Arthur
