A little context: My phone for the past 4 years has been a Nexus 6, but when the screen broke, I realized I wasn't ready to switch to a newer phone. I purchased this on a Sunday, it shipped the next day and arrived on Thursday due to the Christmas holiday. I've used it for a week now, and am happy to report that its condition matches the description and pictures. The battery and screen burn-in are equal to or better than my previous model. The only issue I have had is that occasionally (every two days or so) the screen presents a graphical bug indicative of a loose or failing connection. I do not believe the seller knew about this, and it is easily fixed by simply turning the screen off and on again. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience, and look at buying used phones in a new light now.

Unfortunately, the phone was unable to be activated. However, the seller understood and promptly issued a refund. Things happen, but they made it right.
