Well, you tried. Seller sold a non mint device as mint, with broken buttons. Gave me a tip on how to fix the buttons, and did a partial refund in an effort to make the non mint device ok.

After the problem with the buttons continued, I requested to return the device for a full refund. After all, rubbing alcohol on a $650 device (the seller's proposed solution, though it did work for a day or two) every other day isn't really something that should be happening.

When I requested a full refund, seller basically told me to get bent, and that I've had the device for three weeks, even though they were notified of the issue immediately.

Had to get PayPal involved to get my money back.

Everything works and looks as expected. The battery was at 0% when it arrived but it may have accidentally been turned on during packaging. Otherwise, everything went as good as it could. The seller responds quick to messages and seems to be pretty active on Swappa. I would use this seller again.
