Sorry for the late response, phone is in same condition as described. Only concern is phone gets quite warm. Ironically the reason my father purchased a new phone was because of overheating and battery degradation. Will likely keep, however if battery performance fails, will reach out to seller within warranty period. I suspect chance of return to be less than 1%. Battery replacement cost is comparable to returning shipping cost so I will probably keep phone.
