I was sold a unit that stopped turning on after 2 days of use. The seller offered to swap it out. I sent the phone back in and they sent back a completely different color than the original phone I ordered.

Received item as described. Actually received package a day earlier than was expecting. (Just in time for Christmas. Thanks!)

If this were a 5 star rating, I would have given this a two. I received a phone in working order, however there were several problems. There were a lot of scratches on the phone. These weren’t the deep scratches, but rather microscratches on the surface that come with use (place in pocket with keys, etc.). The big problem was that there was one regather big deep scratch in the upper middle of the screen. I aslo notoced screen ghosting on my phone. I don’t know if this was something specific with this phone, but couldn’t find a definitive answer online. However I did ask the seller, which said it was. Finally, my phpne’s battery drained quickly. So I need to keep a charger nearby. All of this to me should put the phone at fair price, which was a $10 difference.

Guys just be careful about the problems. It’s hard to see scratches from the pictures. The reason I say good instead of fair because I bought a tablet with no scratches and nearly no damage on it. Keep this in mi
