Device came with HydrogenOS, a chinese operating system. Because of this I spent close to 3 hours getting it changed over to a usable OS. The phone itself is in fine condition, but this was very annoying. If this phone would have gone to someone who is uncomfortable flashing their OS the phone would be unusable in the US. I wish the seller would have made this clear, because I would not have purchased it if I would have known it would be a problem out of the box.

Outside of that, the phone arrived quickly and in good condition.
