FINAL EDIT: Sellworld backed their product 100% and issued me a full and complete refund less than 3 days after I returned the phone! I would and will do business with them again, due to fabulous customer service! ***Edit: The phone does not detect sim cards (I have tried 3 of them). I did not know I was to activate with carrier prior to marking a sale complete. I hope this can be resolved, I will be taking the phone to Verizon today for assistance and will update rating if it is not a physical problem with the phone *** The phone looked to be in mint condition as described! Seller shipped same day, I received it in under 7 days from date of order (this is with Covid-19 shipping delays!). I am not tech savvy and seller communicated to my questions and comments immediately. I would definitely recommend this seller and will buy from them again.
