Repeat customer, Fast shipping from seller, mint phone looks brand new, but was surprised it was shipped in a bubble wrap bag not a box.

Smooth transaction. Good communication. Device appears to be in mint working condition Use of USPS turned out to be a 7 day shipment--but blaming USPS not seller.

Shipping was so fast, ordered on a Wednesday and came the following Monday. So far, so good. Everything seems to work fine and the phone is what it said it would be and in the correct condition.

Received all items, had them a few days and seems to be in working order.

The bad reviews of this seller are TRUE, I received the phone in way worse condition than the seller had advertised it, and the pictures didn't even look like the phone I had received! I was able to sort this issue with the seller who gave me a partial refund. HOWEVER, Everything was good for about 2 weeks, but now, I'm having issues with the connectivity of the phone! I haven't even had the phone a month and I am again already having issues with this phone! I contacted the seller about a refund and told him that my carrier (Verizon) tried everything and said it's the phone's antenna, but the seller just said to check the warranty of the phone instead of helping (the phone doesn't have warranty). The seller hasn't replied back to me or Swappa staff who is also involved. He doesn't want to give me a refund even though Swappa's policies state I am allowed one! I strongly recommend you do not buy from these guys. Fake photos, WORST EXPERIENCE
