Overall positive. Phone is good enough. There is an issue that the silence button does not stay up so the ringer doesn't stay on. I'm guessing since the seller refurbishes phones that they didn't know this. For what I paid I'm not going to complain too much.

Screen had a ton of scratches all over it, some very deep ones

Phone appears to work. Received during the expected time frame.

There was an issue with the phone camera, that wasn't apparent externally. The seller was very helpful and let us return for a full refund.
