The phone was exactly as described and works well. I am disappointed with the shipping. The seller has no control over the USPS, but it seems the seller AND Swappa have been aware for at least 8 months that the USPS had said they are not meeting their delivery commitments due to Covid and other reasons. The site should have disclosed that delivery estimate poorly reflect the reality. Estimated delivery was 3 to 4 days and it took 9 days. Due to me having a broken phone when I made the purchase I would have leveraged other buying options if I knew delivery was unlikely within the timeframe estimated on the site.
