Shipping was slow. Phone wasn’t given to USPS until 4 days after purchase and It was shipped first class. Ordered another phone from a different Swappa seller and received it before this one was even shipped out. Condition was listed as mint and there were a few small scratches on the screen. According to the requirements for product condition from Swappa mint is supposed to be “pristine condition, no signs of wear and tear.” It should have been listed as good. Will choose another seller next time. I choose this one because of the number of sales and the 5 star rating but now that I look back if you click on reviews it shows how many neutral and negative there are.
