There was a problem with the item and the seller was very quick to respond. I returned it and they immediately refunded my purchase including shipping. Very good experience even though it wasn't successful for me. I would definitely buy from them again.

Phone was not in good condition. Scratched all over like it had been scrapped on asphalt and there was a scratch on the camera even.

Overall good experience. Phone came with some sticky residue and not charged, but not the end of the world.

The Item arrived and it looked great. Only thing I would've liked was being told the item had shipped liked other items I bought from Swappa
