When I got it wasn't the item in the picture. 2 when I open the package the back casing was coming loose and no way of closing don't know I'd it's missing the snap handle or they glued the phone together. 3rd when I turned it on a black streak showed up on the phone then it disappeared but not if it will return again i put the phone in a drawer I bought severals from this seller but this is the worst and wrong phone i saw for the offer
