Fast shipping and the phone was in the cosmetic condition as descibed. Seller responds quickly to questions. Unfortunately, the phone started having bootloop issues within about 5-6 weeks after delivery. I understand that selling with high volume means negative issues will arise from time to time, but I do not feel that this seller handled my problem well as no remedy was offered. Customer service could be improved.
