The shipping carrier basically destroyed the screen of the phone but this seller has excellent customer service. They offered a swap for a different device (which didn't work in the timeline I needed) and since that didn't work, they refunded the full original purchase price PLUS shipping back to them.

I will be looking at their postings first next time I need to buy a phone. A++

Phone came in good shape

Condition was as described (good). Screen is literally perfect and there is zero burn-in (my listing did not mention "light burn" and I am happy to report that was accurate). Rear glass and frame have some very minor marks likely from a case. Small scratch on rear camera glass but it is not over a camera sensor thus has no effect. All phone features/sensors seem to work. Packing was perfectly adequate in my opinion, and I did receive the generic cable. Very satisfied with my purchase.
