While they communicate well and extend refunds pretty generously, I just had a horrible experience with the quality of phones they sell.

The Pixel 8 that showed up from them had dust covering the front camera, underneath the screen, making the photos grey and ugly. I offered to have them send a replacement rather than a refund, and when they did, I received a phone that worked well... for a week. After that week, the device suddenly bricked and wouldn't force reboot or respond in any way. They misinformed me that it's a problem Google will happily fix for free... but they were mistaking this issue for the vertical line and flickering screen issues covered by Google’s extended warranty.

I spent a month sending phones back and forth across the country (my fault for picking a seller so far, but didn’t expect that to be a major issue), only to end up where I started. I’m grateful I didn’t have to argue with them about even getting refunds, but the whole experience was a hassle.
