I received the phone Thursday afternoon and t phone is a lot smaller than I expected but it seems to be working just fine. The phone is in good condition as described on the website.

Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Phone as described. Have not had a chance to activate as of yet.

Activated the Lg Velvet and at first I was having problems with text message notifications and the fingerprint scanner. Because of these issues I asked to return it for a refund. The seller got back to me and was very apologetic and said a refund is no problem and gave me instructions for returning the phone. iIt was a weekend so the seller got in touch with me on the next business day. Over the weekend I was able to download an app that fixed the notification problem .The LG fingerprint scanner is very very difficult to get an image of your fingerprint.Needless to say, after hours of trying to scan my fingerprint I finally got it done so there was ho heed to return the phone. The sellers From the time I ordered the phone to resolving my issues the seller was very professional with Excellent customer service and recommend them highly.

Although the tracking information never really updated after the first phase, the phone arrived relatively quick and in the exact condition as described. Wish it also came with an original charger, but can't beat the deal otherwise
