30-Day Limited Warranty & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! That’s why we offer a 30-day limited warranty on all devices we sell.

What’s Covered:
If your item arrives with an issue or defect that was not listed or mentioned in the original listing, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

What’s Not Covered:
Swappa’s guidelines state that returns are not required for buyer’s remorse (such as a change of mind or purchasing the wrong carrier/device). For this reason, we are unable to accept returns in those cases.

Return Conditions:
• The device must be returned in the same condition as it was originally shipped.
• If the item is returned with damage, missing parts, or in a different condition, the return may be denied.
• Refunds are only processed once the device has been received back and passes our return inspection.
