Split decision. I was sold the completely wrong phone and the seller was slow to respond, however, I was eventually refunded and there was no dispute.

The phone I received had issues when charging when the listing had no mention of it. The listing said the device "Functions flawlessly". If I have to use the word "but" to describe the device it is not flawless. "It charges, but.. I have to hold the cable a certain way or use a specific cable."

Super fast shipping, exactly as described, thanks guys!!! Only complaint is the LG Gx phones are completely dumb for having the power button on the back haha - took me 5 mins to power the thing on! But that's on the phone :) Thanks guys!

I received my purchase within the week and was very pleased with the device. It was in very good condition and worked just like a new phone. The only problem I had was it kept disconnecting my Bluetooth when I was transferring contacts and pics from my old phone. I used the SmartShare Beam to transfer the pics and made sure I backed up my contacts to google. All is good and my phone is working great. Thank you for a great product and getting it to me quickly.
