We purchased a pixel xl. I could not get it to communicate with Verizon. I took it to a Verizon store and they tried for over 2 hours to get it to work, but they determined the phone was defective. Seller agreed to exchange the phone. I shipped it back and then the seller just refunded my money without explanation. Then the seller said I thought you wanted a refund when clearly he agreed to send us a working phone.

The phone was received as described. Good experience with seller. A++

Phone activated, all is good. Seller shipped quickly, but USPS was very slow and the phone arrived several days after USPS's initial delivery date. Not seller's fault. Phone came exactly as described, thank you!
