Orders received Monday through Friday by 3pm EST will ship same day via USPS. All other orders will ship out the following business day.

Orders will only ship to the address provided by Paypal during the checkout process. If any changes need to be made to the address, the order will need to be cancelled and repurchased with the correct address information.

Any device received damaged must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

A 10% restocking fee, will be charged for any return for a refund, unless the devices description does not match the device received.

Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI Number does not match. Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted with the carrier. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local police department, PayPal, Swappa, and United States Postal Service.

We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
