This seller’s customer service is an absolute disaster. I waited 7 days to get my order, only to discover a problem with it. When I reached out, they went silent for 3 days before replying. I requested a replacement they claimed to have, but after waiting another 4 days—again, only after I chased them—they suddenly admitted they didn’t have it at all.
