Not smooth but happy at this point.

Phone received was different than what I thought due to use of stock photo and not photo of actual product. Wanted/ordered a dark green but got a lime green.

Phone was not reset and had some app that needed removed (that due to restrictions I couldn't just uninstall). I had already set up phone but had to reset to factory settings to get the unwanted app off. Just waste of time but nothing big.

At this point phone works as expected and was given minor discount to keep the lime green to save on shipping expense for exchange.

Sent a bad phone. Initially when turning the phone on, it had an alert on the screen that said something to the effect of “parts of this phone are not Apple hardware” “battery is not Apple hardware” which would have been interesting to check out, however the screen was non functional and did not respond to touch. Seller took a few days to respond to my notification initially, and I had to reach out to Swappa support who then had eyes on the situation and was able to nudge and remind the seller that they should probably reach out to me. After 24 hours, I contacted the seller directly via their store number as well as their email and :::crickets:::. Overall I do not recommend ordering from this seller as it appears they do indeed send “junk”. They weren’t jerks, but definitely seemed apathetic by the time of my last message requesting more information about refunding me. A frustrating experience for sure. they finally answered and were able to refund me after returning phone.
